Job Title: - Executive-Export Logistics An Executive-Export Logistics professional manages the movement of pharmaceutical products from the manufacturing facility to international customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate export shipments by air, sea, or courier. Prepare export documentation, including:
Commercial Invoice Packing List
Certificate of Analysis (COA) Certificate of Origin (COO) Shipping Bill
Bill of Lading (BL) / Air Waybill (AWB)
Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality assurance (QA), regulatory affairs, and sales teams.
Manage temperature-controlled (cold chain) shipments when required. Track export shipment and maintain shipment records.
Handle customer communication regarding dispatch schedules and shipment updates.
Required Skills
Knowledge of export-import documentation. Understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.). Familiarity with customs clearance procedures.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Ability to work with logistics service providers and international clients. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Diploma or certification in Export-Import Management or Supply Chain is an advantage.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys coordinating across teams, managing international shipments, and working in a detail-oriented, compliance-driven environment. Experience in pharmaceutical exports, customs documentation, and cold-chain logistics is particularly valued.
