We are looking for an experienced Export Accounts Manager to manage export-related accounting, documentation, banking transactions, receivables, payments, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of export trade processes and coordination with banks, customers, CHA/freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage complete accounting for export transactions. Prepare and maintain export sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit/credit notes and ledgers. Handle LC, DP, DA, advance payment, TT and other export payment transactions. Coordinate with banks for export documentation, payment realization, shipping bills and foreign remittances.

Track Export

Realisation / eBRC and outstanding export receivables. Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts and supplier accounts. Monitor foreign currency transactions and exchange-rate differences. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and logistics teams for export documentation. Verify shipping bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB and other export documents from an accounts perspective. Maintain records related to GST, LUT, IGST refunds, export invoices and other applicable statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors,



tax consultants and statutory authorities. Prepare MIS reports for export sales, receivables, payments, profitability and outstanding balances. Ensure timely accounting entries and proper documentation for every export shipment. Monitor customer payment schedules and follow up for overdue payments. Maintain proper documentation for bank, customs, GST and audit requirements.

Required Skills Solid knowledge of Export Accounting and International Trade Finance. Good understanding of GST, LUT, export documentation and banking procedures. Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel. Knowledge of foreign currency accounting and reconciliation. Good coordination and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Ability to independently manage multiple export shipments and customer accounts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
