Pivot Roots, A Havas Company, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual designs across digital platforms, social media, and integrated campaigns. With a strong background in digital agencies, you will bring fresh, innovative ideas to life while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to projects that drive engagement and meet strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, banners, emails, and other digital assets.
- Develop high-quality static and motion graphics to enhance brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and other designers to create impactful brand communication.
- Stay updated with the latest digital design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
- Work closely with the social design team to ensure seamless experiences across digital platforms.




- Contribute to pitch presentations and recent business initiatives with innovative design ideas.

Key Skills Requirements:

- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first designs across various platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, etc.).
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing is a plus.
- Understanding of social media trends and how to create engaging visual content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in branding and interactive design is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Ability to handle client interactions and articulate design decisions effectively
