Royal Realtor is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3+ years of experience specifically in the Zirakpur market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and convert property sales leads
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Maintain regular client follow-ups and negotiations
- Build relationships with buyers, owners, builders and channel partners
- Stay updated with Zirakpur projects, locations and market trends
- Drive sales and successfully close property deals

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience
- Robust knowledge of Zirakpur real estate is essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and professionally presented
- Proven sales performance will be an advantage
