This full-time, on-site Experienced Freight Broker (US Logistics) role is based in Delhi. The role involves managing end-to-end freight brokerage operations for US lanes, including sourcing and negotiating with carriers, securing capacity, and coordinating daily dispatch.

Qualifications

- Strong Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, with experience in US logistics operations
- Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain client and carrier relationships
- Knowledge of US transportation regulations, market trends, and freight rate structures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Comfort with logistics software, load boards, and basic MS Office tools
- Proven track record in a freight brokerage or logistics role; prior US market experience strongly preferred
- Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent professional experience
