Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Shivajinagar, Bangalore

Interview & Onboarding: ITPL

Salary: ₹23,000 per month (In-hand)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and meet process targets.
- Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility
- Only candidates with International Voice Process experience.
- Valuable verbal communication and English fluency.
- Customer service experience in an international process preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working from the office.

Note: The actual work location will be Shivajinagar. Interview, documentation, and induction will be conducted at ITPL. Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
