About The Role

We are looking for a Beauty & Hair Trial Expert who will visit customers at their locations and deliver personalized product trials and demonstrations across Beauty, Personal Care, and Haircare categories.

You will be the face of Broadway during these customer interactions—understanding customer needs, demonstrating products effectively, and creating a premium, personalized experience that drives product discovery and purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers at their locations to conduct BPC and hair product trials and demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products based on their requirements.
- Demonstrate product usage, perks, and application techniques.
- Create a professional, engaging, and premium customer experience.
- Build strong customer relationships and address product-related queries.




- Capture customer feedback and share insights with the internal team.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care trends and products.
- Manage travel and customer appointments efficiently.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in beauty, haircare, skincare, BPC, salon, beauty retail, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong product knowledge across Beauty, Personal Care, Haircare, and/or Skincare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in conducting product demonstrations and interacting with customers.
- Strong grooming and presentation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be comfortable travelling to customer locations across Delhi NCR region.
- Willingness to work in a field-based, customer-facing role.
- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and a sales-oriented approach.
