- Organizer Relations: Build and maintain excellent, long-term relationships with the people, agencies, and committees who conduct large-scale industry exhibitions.
- Event Strategy & Management: Scout relevant trade shows, negotiate premium booth placements, and manage the end-to-end logistics of our exhibition presence.
- On-Ground PR: Act as the primary spokesperson at exhibitions, engaging with media, potential partners, and high-profile attendees who visit our space.
Requirements:
- Experience in Event Management, PR, or B2B Marketing, specifically focused on trade shows and large-scale exhibitions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to secure the best placements and opportunities.
- A meticulous organizer who can handle chaotic event environments with grace.
