Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and construction standards.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Strong knowledge of building, structural, concrete, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong site supervision and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Skilled certification/registration is an added advantage.
