Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute technology transfer plans to scale up production processes from lab to commercial scale.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

- Conduct pilot plant trials, optimize process conditions, and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful product launches.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during all stages of product development.

Job Requirements :

- 2-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in solid orals (OSD) manufacturing.

- Robust understanding of scale-up techniques and ability to develop scalable processes.

- Experience with technology transfer projects, including pilot plant operations and equipment qualification.
