Job Responsibility

- Execution of the pick-pack-ship process as per weekly monthly schedule.

- Physical verification of all consignments against packing slips invoice to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Drive vehicle load dispatch efficiency by coordinating and consolidating consignments, minimizing part-load shipments.

- Transporter, casual labour arrangement. Coordination with transporter for on time vehicle placement.

- Consignment Tracking performance review with Transporter

- Responding to customer and sales querie on deliveries related issues.

- Execution of STN plan in coordination of planning, factory and transporter

- Perform Cycle counting on Weekly basis Floor to Sheet stock count every month end
