Role
We are looking for an Executive – Software Implementation to handle client implementations of FusionEdge.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and configure the software accordingly.
- Collect, clean, validate and prepare client data using Excel .
- Coordinate data migration, testing, UAT and go-live.
- Conduct client training and provide implementation support.
- Coordinate with clients and internal Product/Development teams.
- Troubleshoot implementation and user issues.
- Maintain implementation documentation and project updates.
Required Skills
- Good written and spoken English .
- Strong Excel skills for data cleaning and processing.
- Valuable interpersonal skills and confidence in client meetings .
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate execution.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Electrical Engineering or diploma background.
- Experience in software implementation or client deployment.
- Experience with CAFM, CMMS, Facility Management, Helpdesk, Visitor Management or similar software.
- Experience in client training, data migration or software configuration.
Experience: 2–4 years CTC: ₹2–4 LPA
