Role Purpose

Own end-to-end implementation and execution of IT and digital health initiatives — including automation and AI enablement — across Motherhood, Nova IVF, and AINU.

Act as the technical and delivery anchor for the 3 IT Implementation Executives, and as the single point of accountability to central IT for on-ground progress, issues, and risks.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and drive rollout of approved digital health initiatives — HIS/EMR modules, automation tools, and AI-enabled platforms — across all three entities.
- Provide day-to-day technical guidance and escalation support to the 3 entity-anchored Executives; unblock issues they cannot resolve on their own.
- Own a rolling implementation tracker and RAG status for all live initiatives; report progress, risks, and blockers to central IT Governance on a regular cadence.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs (e.g. HIS/EMR providers, security tool vendors, MDM/EDR partners) in office for deployment, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Run structured user adoption efforts — training, floor support, feedback loops — so that rollouts are actually used, not just switched on.
- Flag entity-specific risks (clinical workflow disruption, data privacy gaps, resistance to change) early and propose practical mitigations.




- Partner with central IT on piloting and scaling automation and AI use cases at the entity level, and capture what works (and what doesn't) to inform the next rollout.
- Build and mentor the Executive-level team; step into any entity personally when priority go-lives need extra hands.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–7 years in IT implementation, project execution, systems support, or a closely related hands-on IT role.
- Demonstrated hands-on work — configuration, troubleshooting, UAT, cutover support — not only project coordination.
- Comfortable working directly with non-technical clinical/operations staff and translating technical detail into plain language.
- Basic working understanding of networks, endpoints, applications, and information security concepts.Prior healthcare, hospital, or clinic-network exposure is a strong plus.Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Bengaluru/other city sites as rollouts require.
