Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager – AMC Sales & Service to manage after-sales service activities, customer relationships, AMC and spares sales, service coordination, and technical support.

The ideal candidate should have experience in After Sales Service, AMC Sales, Service Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Service, with exposure to AMC/spares business and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely execution and closure of service, warranty, and non-warranty calls.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution and closure.

- Manage AMC and spares sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, conversion, and order closure.

- Support the achievement of regional after-sales service and business targets.

- Coordinate with Service Partners and Authorized Installation Contractors.

- Provide support for installation, troubleshooting, and spares selection.





- Conduct product awareness and basic technical training for customers and service partners.

- Monitor service and project status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.

- Support customer meetings, techno-commercial discussions, and negotiations.

- Maintain service records and customer data using CRM, SAP, and MS Office.

- Identify service-related issues and support process improvements.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in After Sales Service, AMC Sales, Service Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.

- Solid exposure to AMC Sales, Spares Sales, and Customer Handling will be preferred.

- Knowledge of service processes, troubleshooting, site handling, and technical customer support.

- Understanding of RCA and basic service quality processes is preferred.

- Good techno-commercial and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM, SAP, and MS Office will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-oriented approach.

- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
