Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate statutory approvals for redevelopment projects across the MMR, liaising with government authorities (MHADA, MCGM, local bodies) and external consultants from proposal through sanction.

- Apply Development Plan provisions under the MRTP Act 1966, DCPR-2034 and UDCPR to assess project feasibility, maximise FSI and unlock land potential.

- Verify inputs and drawings received from consultants and release timely written communication in consultation with all concerned stakeholders.
