Job Purpose: The Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting the secondary market, AID. The role includes showcasing the product range, generating and placing orders with Dealer, and addressing any special customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAJOR DETAILS

- Visit the secondary market i.e., dealers and retailers, to promote the company products.

- Generate orders from Dealers & timely placement of orders with distributors and follow up on fulfillment.

- Ensure visit per month to dealers/Retailers as per plan

- Need to ensure monthly visits to AID(Architect, Interior Designer, Developers).

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain robust relationships with distributor, Dealers.

- Address queries and provide after-sales support as needed.

- Focus on active dealers sales.

Order Management

- Collect and process orders from secondary market Dealers/Retailers.

Market Analysis Reporting

- Gather insights on market trends, customer preferences,



and competitor activities.

- Provide feedback to seniors regarding demand trends and potential sales opportunities.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports and order status updates.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Conducting promotional activities on periodic basis i.e.

Carpenter

Meet & engaging them in Safalata Program

Category wise focus on sales

- Ensure sale of brand wise/Category wise focus & successful Product launching.

Required Functional Competencies
