Role Overview

Gloriant is seeking a agile, result-driven Product Specialist / Executive Scientific Information (ABM Grade) with a proven track record in Cosmetology, Dermatology, or Gynecology sales to launch and establish a differentiated specialty portfolio across Tamil Nadu.

This is a high-impact launch role focused on driving brand adoption, building Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks, and accelerating prescription generation among top-tier specialists.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Launch & Business Development: Launch and establish differentiated Cosmetology and Gynecology product lines across assigned Tamil Nadu territories.
- Doctor Engagement & Prescription Generation: Generate consistent prescriptions by detailing scientific portfolios to top Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, Aesthetic Physicians, and Gynecologists.




- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual territory revenue and prescription targets.
- KOL Management & Advocacy: Identify, engage, and develop leading Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, and Salem.
- Scientific Detailing & Events: Conduct scientific presentations, clinic-level awareness programs, product demos, round-table meetings, and CMEs.
- Market Intelligence & Account Coverage: Maintain optimum call frequency, monitor competitor landscape, and provide actionable market insights to the leadership team.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc), Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven sales experience in Cosmeceuticals, Dermatology or Gynecology.
- Doctor Network: Established relationships with leading Cosmetologists, Dermatologists, and Gynecologists in Tamil Nadu is strongly preferred.
- Launch Experience: Prior experience in specialty product launches and territory creation is an added advantage.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years.
- Core Competencies: Strong scientific detailing, negotiation skills, relationship building, commercial acumen, and proficiency in MS Office Excel
