Qualification: B.Tech (Dairy Technology) / B.Sc. (Food technology)

Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG / Food / Ice Cream / Manufacturing Plant preferred

Reporting To: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execution of day to day production Planning given and achieving within the given schedule.
2. Identify the production requirements, areas of improvements, the critical issues related to production , process and recommends solutions.
3. Overseeing the quality of all on going products which include raw material, in process products, finished products.
4. Continuous follow up with other departments to ensures smooth running of production
5. Productivity estimation and improvement with respect to manpower utilization
6. Preparing the daily production reports, material consumption report, Stock reports and reporting to Assistant Manager.

Shop floor training to all manpower and recent joiners (Operators/Workers)
8. RM/PM losses analysing , giving ideas to reduce them to minimum level.
9. ISO/FSSC/ FSSAI related documentation work, day to day production reports
10. Monitoring dispatches and ensuring them to finish within the give time.
11. Day to day availability of RM/PM with respect to production planning
12. Overall plant hygiene, GMP, GHK.

Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Dairy Technology) / B.Sc. (Food technology), IDD with minimum 3 years of experience in Production of milk and milk products.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Production Planning, Manpower Handling, Documentation related to Production, Quality Management, Cost cutting, MIS, ERP, MS Office etc.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
