Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification and accounting.

- Perform 3-way matching of invoices with PO and GRN to ensure accurate processing and payments.

- Review GST compliance, validate Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility and handle RCM transactions.

- Calculate, deduct and monitor TDS, including vendor tax records and exemption certificates.

- Process non-PO invoices, employee reimbursements, petty cash and month-end accrual/provision entries.

- Maintain vendor master data, vendor reconciliations, debit notes and resolve vendor queries.

- Prepare and validate vendor account reconciliations and outstanding statements.

- Handle import/export documentation including BOE, EPCG, Advance License, E-BRC and related records.

- Prepare customer invoices, debit notes, credit notes and inter-company cross-billing documents.

- Support month-end closing, financial reporting and plant accounting activities.

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit readiness.

- Support internal, statutory, GST and tax audits.

- Ensure compliance with company policies,



accounting standards and applicable statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification with 3-6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Strong experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, PO/GRN matching, vendor reconciliation and payment processing.

- Valuable working knowledge of GST, ITC, RCM and TDS compliance.

- Experience in plant finance / manufacturing finance will be preferred.

- Exposure to month-end closing, accruals, provisions, audits and financial reporting.

- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is preferred.

- Exposure to import/export documentation such as BOE, EPCG, Advance License and E-BRC will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.

- Candidates residing in or around Sira/Tumakuru will be preferred.

- Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, plant operations, procurement and internal finance teams.
