Role Overview

We are looking for a Subscription Administrator to manage client subscriptions, user access, login monitoring, and subscription compliance. The role will coordinate with the Technology, Client Engagement, and Business Development teams to ensure secure and efficient subscription management.

Job Details

- Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off
- Preferred Location: Navi Mumbai to Kalyan and Kurla.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client subscriptions, user accounts, login credentials, and access permissions.
- Monitor login activity, device usage, locations, and unusual access patterns.
- Identify and report unauthorized access, login sharing, or potential subscription misuse.
- Ensure client usage complies with agreed login and subscription limits.
- Manage subscription activation, modifications, renewals, and termination.




- Maintain accurate subscription records and monitoring dashboards.
- Track subscription expiry and coordinate renewal alerts with the Business Development Team.
- Coordinate with Technology and Client Engagement teams for access and login-related issues.
- Prepare reports on subscription usage, compliance, and suspicious activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in subscription management, operations, MIS, client management, or a similar role.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM, or access management systems will be an added advantage.

- Resolution time for access-related issues

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
