Role Overview: To effectively coordinate and manage logistics and transportation operations for exports across the company’s divisions and product lines. The employee will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, timely deliveries, and smooth coordination between internal teams, service providers, and finance.

Qualifications: ● Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields. ● 0–2 years of experience in domestic logistics (pharmaceutical company experience is preferred). Requirements: ● Strong communication skills — fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi with excellent email drafting and documentation ability. ● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic logistics/ERP tools.

Key Responsibilities ● Coordinate with Manufacturers / Suppliers & follow end to end dispatch cycle till the material reaches our warehouse.



● Coordinate end-to-end export dispatches at Bhiwandi and JNPT per customer PFIs, working directly with local transporters, site teams, and shipping lines. ● Track global shipments, obtain competitive quotes, audit freight invoices with Finance, and maintain dispatch MIS reports. ● Adding new freight vendors to our roster & negotiating better pricing year on year. ● Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and compile complete export document sets. (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, AWB, COA, MSDS, GMP, ISO, FSSAI). ● Maintains relations with Suppliers, logistic partners, CHA’s, Shipping Lines & internal teams for a smooth delivery. ● Align inbound/ outbound delivery schedules with the warehouse team and maintain complete logistics records. ● Generate weekly/monthly performance reports tracking transit times, freight expenditure, and vendor reliability.

Working days - 6 days, 2dn and 4th saturday off

Office time - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
