- Manage contract labor management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

- Oversee industrial relations, maintaining positive relationships with employees, unions, and stakeholders.

- Ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits to employees through effective payroll processing.

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in HR & Industrial Development or related field.(MNC company Experience will be added Advantage)

- Solid knowledge of administration, contract labor management, IR (Industrial Relations), payroll, statutory compliance.
