- Conduct safety audits, HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment), and HAZOP (Hazard Operability Study) to identify potential hazards in the workplace.
- Develop and implement effective EHS policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular safety training sessions to employees on various aspects of industrial safety, including fire prevention, emergency response planning, and personal protective equipment usage.
- Collaborate with management to develop incident investigation reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in an industrial setting as a Safety Executive or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA).
- Proficiency in conducting hazard assessments using tools such as HIRA/HAZOP/JHA.
