- Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processing
- Supplier coordination
- Request for Quotation (RFQ) and price comparison
- SAP systems knowledge
- Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas)
- Documentation and record management

Key Responsibilities

- Process purchase requisitions and prepare Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system.
- Obtain quotations from approved vendors and prepare comparative statements.
- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, payment , and timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor pending purchase orders and respective material delivery




- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders.
- Assist in vendor evaluation, vendor registration
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-up.
- Support annual rate contracts
- Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports and MIS.

- On-time purchase order processing
- On-time material delivery
- Vendor response and follow-up effectiveness
- Purchase documentation accuracy
- Reduction in procurement lead time
- Timely closure of pending Indent &Purchase; orders

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
