### Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor day-to-day civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing activities.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned works.
- Check measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Review drawings and coordinate for site-related clarifications.
- Track daily progress and report project updates.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth integration of services.

### Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Positive understanding of drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in commercial / IT Park projects will be preferred.
