Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Executive – CRM & Maintenance to manage post-sales and post-possession customer queries, complaints, and maintenance requirements. The candidate will coordinate with site, engineering, maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and service requests related to civil, electrical, plumbing, seepage, finishing, and other maintenance issues.

- Register, track, and close customer complaints through the CRM system.

- Coordinate with site engineers, maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors for timely resolution.

- Manage post-possession snag and defect rectification and ensure proper follow-up until closure.

- Communicate regularly with customers regarding complaint status, timelines, and resolution.





- Conduct customer follow-ups and handle escalated maintenance-related concerns professionally.

- Maintain records of complaints, service requests, pending issues, and closure reports.

- Prepare periodic reports on complaint status, turnaround time, and pending maintenance work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; Civil Engineering / Construction-related qualification will be an advantage.

- 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate CRM, Customer Relations, Facility Management, or Maintenance.

- Good understanding of basic civil, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance issues.

- Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
