We are looking for a Civil Engineering professional with hands-on experience in Industrial Construction and Residential Construction projects.
Education
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in construction projects preferred.
Experience Required
- Experience in Industrial Construction is preferred.
- Experience in Residential Construction is also required/preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on site execution experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers and internal teams.
- Monitor quality of construction work and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Track material requirements and coordinate timely availability at site.
- Monitor manpower and contractor activities.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and relevant site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures at the construction site.
- Support project planning, execution and inspection activities.
Ideal Candidate
- Civil Engineering graduate/diploma holder.
- Hands-on site execution experience.
- Exposure to industrial and residential construction.
- Good knowledge of civil construction practices, drawings and measurements.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willing to work at Gonde, Nashik.
Salary Maximum ₹5,00,000 per annum (₹5 LPA)
Salary will be based on experience and suitability.
