Executive Civil & Finishes

Location: Gigaplex, Airoli

Experience: 45 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive Civil & Finishes to oversee and coordinate civil and finishing works at the project site. Candidates with experience in commercial and residential projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil and finishing activities at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.




- Inspect workmanship and ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements.
- Coordinate material requirements and resolve site-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Ensure proper execution of finishing works including flooring, plastering, painting, waterproofing, etc.

Qualification:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 45 years of relevant experience in civil and finishing works.
- Experience in commercial/residential projects preferred.
