- Data management governance: Manage, validate, and maintain business data across multiple functions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely updates.
- MIS reporting: Develop, maintain, and analyze Excel-based MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, Conditional Formatting, and basic automation.
- Business analysis: Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, variances, gaps, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
- Management presentations: Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, business reviews, MIS summaries, and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders and management discussions.
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and operational processes, improve data accuracy, reduce manual efforts, and enhance overall process efficiency.
- Data quality confidentiality: Ensure data integrity, timely reporting, proper documentation, and confidentiality of business-critical information while adhering to defined processes and standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve data, reporting, and operational challenges by analyzing root causes, evaluating available information,



and implementing practical and effective solutions to ensure timely and accurate business outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business Process, MIS, Business Operations, Data Management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, charting, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional management presentations and business review decks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities within defined timelines.
