Industrial Design Engineer – ( B.Des / M.Des)

The role focuses on combining functionality, ergonomics, aesthetics, manufacturability, and safety to create competitive and user-friendly

- Construction Equipment & automotive vehicles

- Hand Tools, Exoskeletons and Wearables for Construction and Specialized Workforces

Key Responsibilities

- Create styling proposals, 3D models, renderings, and prototypes for current products.

- Ensure designs meet performance, durability, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Design operator cabins, controls, displays, and access systems for improved comfort and productivity.

- Conduct ergonomic studies and human-machine interaction assessments.

- Improve visibility, accessibility, safety, and ease of maintenance.

- Benchmark competitor products and identify market trends.

- Support design validation through simulations, mock-ups, and prototype testing.

- Create physical and virtual prototypes for design evaluation.
