The Company is in its fastest growth phase, and we are looking for an Executive Assistant to sit inside the engine room with the CEO.

Location: Gurgaon / NCR

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

About the Role The Executive Assistant will be functionally the operating nerve center of the founder's office. This is not a scheduling or calendar-management role. It is a high-ownership position for someone who wants to compress years of learning by operating at the center of decision-making, execution, and follow-through across the business.

Note on Track Record: The last two people who held this role were admitted to the Kellogg MBA program at Northwestern University following their tenure - an indication of the caliber of experience and exposure this position offers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the MIS across all verticals
- not monitor or maintain it but take full accountability for its accuracy and use.

- Drive follow-up to closure

- track open items daily until they are resolved, without needing reminders.

- Attend high-stakes meetings , extract concrete decisions,



and ensure every action item leaves the room with a named owner.
- Maintain continuity during founder travel

- ensure nothing is dropped or delayed in the founder's absence.

- Lead special projects with no existing template or playbook , building the process as you go.

Who Should Apply We're looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong bias for self-directed ownership. Representative examples include candidates who:

- Independently built and managed complex tracking systems (e.g., a 200-person volunteer tracker) while organizing a college fest or similar large-scale event.
