Position – Executive – Assistant Manager

Qulification - Dip./B.E (Mech./Metallurgy)

Location – Hazira, Surat

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote forging products and services for exotic and thermal sector.

Conduct market research to identify current opportunities and trends within the forging industry.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies.





Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-9 years of experience in marketing within the forging industry.

Strong understanding of forging processes, products, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Experience of B2G preferred

Knowledge of international markets and export marketing.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
