- Strategic Calendar & Travel Management: Own and manage the MD's complex, flexible diary to maximise time productivity. This includes resolving scheduling conflicts and arranging international travel, visas, and hotel bookings.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, including clients and department heads. Filter communications to determine what requires the MD's personal attention.
- Meeting Coordination & Follow-up: Organise board and leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and transcribe formal minutes. Crucially, track action items and deliverables to ensure timely completion by relevant teams. Follow-up skills must be EXCELLENT
- Information Management: Draft professional correspondence, emails, and presentations on behalf of the MD. Maintain secure filing systems and manage confidential business information with strict discretion.
- Project & Operational Support: Oversee special projects from beginning to end,
such as company retreats, office relocations, or strategic initiatives. Conduct research and compile data to inform the MD's decision-making process.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in an EA role supporting senior executives.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with travel/expense management.
