Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive and Sr. Executive role based in Bareilly. The position involves managing day-to-day sales and distribution activities, monitoring dealer and channel partner performance, and supporting business development initiatives within the region.

Responsibilities include tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards. The role also includes market visits,



relationship management with trade partners, gathering market intelligence, and supporting promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product penetration. The Executive and Sr.

Executive will collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve sales targets and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, channel management, or trade marketing in Switches and Switchgear, Wire and Cable, or FMEG.
- Solid skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) effectively.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Bareilly and surrounding areas, with willingness to travel within the territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet targets within defined timelines.
- High standards of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Prior experience in wires and cables or electrical products will be considered a strong plus.
