Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to on-ground delivery.

- Support project timelines, budgets, checklists, and operational planning.

- Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, production, travel, and on-site requirements.

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, reports, and documentation.

- Work closely with the team to develop and execute creative event solutions and experiences.

- Support on-ground event execution and ensure everything runs seamlessly.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to the overall success of projects.
