Good Cause Collab is offering a part-time internship chance for Maujmela 2027, a charity event bringing joy to 1000+ underprivileged children from Gujarat. ?

Role Description The Event Specialist is a part-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of in office event work and some work-from-home responsibilities. In this role, the Event Specialist will coordinate and support charity events and cause-driven campaigns, manage event logistics, and assist with vendor and partner communication. Day-to-day tasks include handling guest inquiries, providing on-site customer support, maintaining event timelines, and preparing post-event reports and feedback summaries.

The Event

Specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion,



support sales and sponsorship outreach, and help ensure that each event delivers a high-quality experience aligned with Good Cause Collab’s mission.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle participant and stakeholder inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication, email correspondence, and basic presentation skills.
- Event planning and coordination experience, including logistics, vendor management, scheduling, and on-site support.
- Event marketing and sales skills, with experience promoting events, engaging audiences, and supporting sponsorship or partner outreach.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced, event-driven environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and basic proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools.
- Prior experience in CSR, nonprofit events, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
