About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Event Planner / Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wedding and event planning, strong vendor management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to manage events from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute weddings, social events, corporate events, and celebrations from concept to completion.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budgets, and vision.

- Manage vendors, including decorators, caterers, photographers, artists, venues, production teams, and other event partners.

- Conduct venue visits, vendor meetings, tastings, and site inspections.

- Prepare event timelines, checklists, budgets,



and production schedules.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

- Be present on-site during events and manage the complete event flow.

- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently.

- Assist with event concepts, themes, décor, guest experiences, and overall planning.

- Maintain robust relationships with clients and vendors.

- Ensure events are delivered within the agreed budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
