: Event Manager

Role Objective

Plan and execute Warehouse by Mudita events end-to-end, ensuring timely setup, productive vendor coordination, budget control, and a seamless on-ground experience while maintaining brand standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Event Planning & Pre-Event Preparation

- Plan and manage end-to-end event operations from concept to execution
- Identify, evaluate, and finalise venues, vendors, and fabrication partners
- Verify contracts, licenses, GST documentation, and approvals
- Develop detailed event timelines, task trackers, and execution checklists

2. Vendor & Fabrication Management

- Coordinate with venues, fabricators, printers, and logistics vendors
- Supervise fabrication work, stall setup, signage placement, and branding quality
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed scope of work

3. Logistics, Printables & Event Collateral

- Manage event printables, PR kits, badges, signages,



and branding materials
- Coordinate transport, storage, inventory, and logistics
- Ensure venue readiness, layout accuracy, and overall event cleanliness

4. On-Ground Event Execution

- Oversee registrations, attendee management, and crowd flow
- Supervise vendor setup and event activities during the event
- Act as the single point of coordination for all on-ground operations

5. Budgeting, Cost Control & Documentation

- Prepare and track event budgets and expense sheets
- Ensure cost optimisation without compromising quality
- Manage vendor invoices, payment schedules, and documentation

6. Post-Event Reporting & Closure

- Prepare post-event reports covering expenses, vendor performance, and insights
- Close vendor payments and documentation
- Provide recommendations and learnings for future events
