EaseMyBooking is looking for an ambitious candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build a successful career in wedding planning, MICE and corporate event management .
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, client relationships and creating memorable event experiences. You’ll gain hands-on exposure while working alongside experienced professionals from the events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business opportunities in weddings, MICE and corporate events
- Approach corporate companies, HR teams, event planners, venues and potential clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
- Prepare event concepts, proposals, presentations and quotations
- Support the planning and execution of weddings, conferences, meetings, exhibitions, corporate offsites and incentive tours
- Coordinate with hotels, venues, decorators, caterers, artists and other vendors
- Conduct regular lead follow-ups and contribute to revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
