HANEEVA Overseas Education is looking for an experienced Europe Education Counsellor / Europe Specialist who can independently manage a student’s complete study-abroad journey — from the first counselling call to university admission, visa filing and pre-departure guidance.

? COUNTRY EXPERTISE The candidate should have strong knowledge of European study destinations, including:

?? Italy

?? France

?? Netherlands

?? Sweden

?? Finland

?? Denmark

?? Norway

?? Spain

?? Belgium

?? Poland

?? Latvia

?? Lithuania

?? Estonia

?? Ireland

?? United Kingdom

…and other major European study destinations.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound, outbound and cold calls with prospective students
- Counsel hot/warm leads and effectively convert enquiries into enrolments
- Understand students’ academic, financial and career profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities and programs
- Build student profiles and create appropriate university shortlists
- Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, intakes and application timelines
- Guide students regarding IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo and other relevant admission/language requirements
- Handle university applications accurately and follow up until offer letters are received
- Guide students with SOPs, LORs, CVs, transcripts and other admission documentation
- Have strong knowledge of European scholarships and funding opportunities
- In-depth understanding of Erasmus Mundus and other university/government scholarship opportunities
- Guide students regarding tuition fees, living expenses, proof of funds and financial planning
- Assist students with education loan processes and required documentation
- Handle the complete student visa process, including documentation, financial requirements,



visa applications and interview preparation wherever applicable
- Provide post-visa and pre-departure counselling
- Guide students regarding accommodation, travel preparation, insurance and country-specific post-arrival requirements such as residence permits/police registration, wherever applicable
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students throughout the admission and visa process

⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on Europe student visa processing experience.

Candidates who only have counselling/sales experience but no practical knowledge of admission and visa processing may not be suitable for this position.

✅ IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate should:

- Have prior experience with an overseas education consultancy or international admissions workplace
- Possess strong Europe destination knowledge
- Have proven student counselling and lead-conversion abilities
- Be comfortable with cold calling and sales targets
- Have hands-on university application experience
- Have strong knowledge of scholarships, especially Erasmus Mundus and European funding opportunities
- Understand education loans and student financial documentation
- Have practical experience handling European student visa applications
- Have excellent communication, counselling and follow-up skills
- Be capable of independently managing a student from enquiry to pre-departure
