Brews & Spirits Expo 2026 is scheduled from 9–11 September at KTPO Convention Centre, Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Job Summary

We are looking for confident, energetic and well-spoken Female Event Hosts for a three-day industry Expo in Bengaluru. The selected candidates will be involved in visitor interactions, short interviews, brand conversations, product-demo coverage and engaging event content. They should be comfortable speaking with new people, asking natural questions, and representing the brand professionally in a busy Expo environment.

This is not a conventional stage-hosting role. The Event Host will be involved in booth engagement, informal interviews, visitor interactions and social-media-style event coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend the assigned Expo booth on all three event days
- Interact confidently with visitors, exhibitors and industry professionals
- Conduct short,



engaging conversations and visitor interviews
- Ask relevant questions and capture spontaneous responses
- Introduce the brand and its offering naturally through interactions
- Interview company founders, team members and booth representatives
- Support coverage of live product or technology demonstrations
- Deliver short introductions, transitions and event interactions as required
- Help create an energetic and professional booth experience
- Coordinate with the event, brand and production teams
- Follow the approved brief, communication guidelines and event schedule

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Hindi and Kannada communication skills will be an added advantage
- Confident, presentable and energetic personality
- Comfortable speaking with unfamiliar people and engaging visitors
- Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills
- Ability to communicate information in a easy, natural manner
- Comfortable in a high-energy Expo/event environment
- Ability to be available for all three event days in Bengaluru
