Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ETL Testing / Data Testing Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing testing strategies for complex, multi-platform data architectures.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL/ELT testing, SQL, DB2, Salesforce, Snowflake, Data Lakes, Power BI, Python-based automation, and up-to-date data platforms . The candidate should be capable of working at an architecture level—defining the overall test strategy, automation framework, data reconciliation approach, data-quality controls, and end-to-end validation across source, transformation, warehouse, and BI layers.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement an enterprise-level ETL/ELT testing strategy .
- Design testing approaches for complex, multi-source and multi-platform data environments.
- Define testing standards, frameworks, processes, and best practices.




- Establish end-to-end validation from source systems through Data Lake/Data Warehouse to BI/reporting layers .
- Review data architecture and ETL designs and identify potential data-quality and integration risks.
- Define appropriate testing strategies for full loads, incremental loads, CDC, historical loads, and real-time/near-real-time pipelines.

Must-have profile

- 10+ years overall experience in ETL / Data Engineering / Data Architecture
- ETL Testing in complex, multi-platform environments
- Strong experience with DB2
- Strong experience with at least one of Salesforce / Snowflake
- Power BI experience
- Python for data validation, automation, or ETL testing
- AI/GenAI exposure applied to data/ETL/testing
- Data Lake architecture and testing experience
- Experience designing/testing end-to-end data pipelines across heterogeneous platforms
- Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, transformation validation, metadata, lineage, and performance testing
