Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETL Informatica & Databricks Developer with strong expertise in data integration, ETL development, and cloud-based data engineering. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data pipelines using Informatica and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica.
- Develop and optimize data processing solutions using Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading across multiple data sources.
- Work with Azure/cloud data platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data transformation logic.
- Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot performance, data quality, and production issues.
- Implement data integration workflows and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.




- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Follow best practices for performance optimization, security, and scalable data processing.

Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in ETL/Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica ETL.
- Robust experience with Databricks and PySpark.
- Good expertise in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, and data integration.
- Understanding of data lake/lakehouse architectures and cloud data platforms.
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Synapse.
- Knowledge of Delta Lake and Databricks workflows.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to cloud migration or modernization projects.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
