About Position:
We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer who can design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple enterprise systems into data warehouses and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Talend DI, SQL, Kafka, and Azure technologies, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance data integration solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business and technology teams to ensure data quality, operational efficiency, and successful delivery of enterprise data initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL and data integration solutions using Talend Data Integration (DI).
- Build and optimize data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, migration, and loading activities.
- Develop scalable and efficient data processing workflows using SQL, Kafka, and Azure technologies.
- Support complex data migration and data transformation initiatives across enterprise applications.
- Design and implement data integration architecture to meet business and technical requirements.
- Monitor ETL jobs, data pipelines, and platform performance to ensure reliability and availability.
- Utilize Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and related monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and application teams to implement data solutions.
- Develop and execute ETL testing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Implement CI/CD practices and automation to improve deployment efficiency and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL, database, and integration-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Continuously improve ETL processes, performance, and scalability across the enterprise data ecosystem.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of hands-on ETL development experience with strong capabilities in data migration and complex data transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in Talend Data Integration (DI) for designing and implementing enterprise-scale ETL solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Kafka, and Azure technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of Data Warehousing (DWH), ETL architecture, and Data Modeling principles.
- Advanced SQL expertise including query development, performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data integration patterns and best practices.
- Experience implementing ETL automation, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana and OpenTelemetry for operational excellence.
- Experience delivering scalable and high-performing data platforms in Agile environments.
- Designing and developing ETL solutions using Talend DI, SQL, Kafka, and Azure for complex integration and migration projects.
- Data Warehousing architecture, dimensional modeling, star and snowflake schemas, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Data Modeling techniques including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Enterprise data integration, transformation, cleansing, and enrichment methodologies.
- Database design,
administration fundamentals, query optimization, and performance management.
- Real-time and batch data processing using Kafka and modern data engineering frameworks.
- Agile delivery practices, sprint execution, and collaborative development approaches.
- Monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and operational support for enterprise data platforms.
- Data governance, data quality management, and regulatory compliance considerations.
- CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, and automation strategies within data engineering ecosystems.
