Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and interior construction drawings.
- Ana lyze drawings and specifications for interior construction projects based in New York City.




- Pre pare accurate project estimates and cost proposals based on quantity take-offs.
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical clarifications.
- Pre pare construction budgets and bid packages.
- Iss ue RFIs (Request for Information) to clients for clarification of drawings and specifications.
- Pre pare and send ITBs (Invitations to Bid) to subcontractors and vendors.
- Ass ist in value engineering and cost optimization during the bidding stage.
- Lea rn and adapt to current estimation methods, tools, and software as required.

Requirements:

- Bac helor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 6–1 2 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in interior fit-out or interior construction projects.
- Str ong experience in quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
- Exc ellent ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and construction drawings and specifications.
- Pro ficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Goo d time management and organizational skills.
- Str ong communication skills in English.
- Experience working with international clients and/or vendors is a plus

Loca tion: Arekere, Bengaluru Shift Timing: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Work Model: 5 days Work From Office (Saturday & Sunday off)
