Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) Instructor to conduct English Grammar training for aviation students. The instructor will be responsible for delivering structured grammar sessions to assigned batches, conducting practice drills and assignments, and helping students build a solid foundation in English grammar.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and structured English Grammar classes for assigned batches.
- Teach core grammar concepts including tenses, sentence structure, parts of speech, articles, prepositions, conjunctions, subject-verb agreement, active/passive voice, and common grammatical errors.
- Conduct regular grammar drills, practice exercises, assignments, and worksheets for students.
- Prepare and share relevant grammar worksheets and practice material based on batch requirements.
- Evaluate students' understanding through assignments, exercises, and regular practice sessions.
- Provide individual and group feedback to help students improve their grammatical accuracy.
- Identify common areas of difficulty and provide additional practice where required.




- Maintain a structured approach to grammar instruction aligned with students' learning levels.
- Track students' progress and provide feedback on their performance.
- Ensure students develop a strong understanding and practical application of English grammar.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL/English teaching certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an ESL Instructor, English Grammar Trainer, English Language Teacher, or similar role.
- Strong command of English grammar and language fundamentals.
- Experience in preparing worksheets, assignments, grammar exercises, and practice drills.
- Strong teaching and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain grammar concepts clearly and simplify complex topics for learners.
- Experience teaching students from diverse learning levels is preferred.

Scope of Training The role will focus specifically on English Grammar instruction. It will not involve broader communication, soft-skills, or general English communication training.
