UnifyXperts is a PMM Level 5 Frappe-certified ERPNext implementation partner working with growing manufacturing and e-commerce businesses across the United States. We don't do cookie-cutter rollouts — we replace QuickBooks, Fishbowl, and legacy systems with ERPNext implementations that genuinely transform how our clients run their operations.

What You'll Actually Do

- Sit with US-based clients (yes, you'll be on calls with American business owners and ops leaders) to understand how their business actually runs — then translate that into a working ERPNext configuration
- Own modules across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR — configuring, not just reading manuals
- Design and run test plans that catch problems before they reach a client's shop floor
- Train end-users until the system feels like second nature to them, not a chore
- Be the first line of defense when something breaks — diagnose it, fix it, or know exactly who to pull in
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our development team on customizations and enhancements
- Keep pushing your own knowledge — new ERPNext releases, manufacturing best practices, integration patterns

What Makes You a Fit
- A bachelor's degree in commerce, management, IT, or related field




- 1–4 years of hands-on ERP implementation/configuration experience (ERPNext specifically is a strong plus, but strong fundamentals in any ERP system with genuine hunger to specialize matter more)
- You can listen to a confused client describe a messy process and see the clean workflow underneath it
- Comfortable communicating clearly — verbally and in writing — with non-technical stakeholders, including international clients across time zones
- You like solving problems more than you like avoiding them
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding, but who also collaborates well

Bonus points for:

- Accounting Knowledge is a huge plus
- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce verticals
- Experience with data migration or system integrations
- Any prior client-facing or training experience
