Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering workshops and business process analysis sessions with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable ERP solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), process maps, gap-fit analysis, and implementation plans.
- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide subject matter expertise in:
- Financial Management
- Inventory &
- Warehouse Management
- Manufacturing &
- Production Management
- Procurement &
- Supply Chain Processes
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, and business process validation activities.
- Conduct client training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs.
- Manage project risks, issue resolution, and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.
- Ensure adherence to ERP implementation best practices, governance standards, and project methodologies.

Required Skills &
- Experience

- 6–10 years of overall ERP Functional Consulting experience.




- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Functional Certification preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, or Supply Chain industries.
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience leading ERP transformation and process optimization initiatives.
