Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate ERP Technical Consultant to join our development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with hands-on exposure to Oracle and PL/SQL gained through internships, academic projects, or training, along with a curiosity to learn enterprise applications. The candidate should demonstrate a positive attitude, a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to grow in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Development Support: Assist in the development, customization, and support of ERP Applications under senior guidance.
- Requirement Understanding: Work closely with senior developers and functional consultants to understand business requirements.
- Coding & Debugging: Write, test, and debug PL/SQL code.
- Database Operations: Perform database-related activities using Oracle, including writing queries, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Collaboration: Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Communication: Clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and development guidelines.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and frameworks relevant to ERP development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresher or candidate with less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle and PL/SQL through internships, academic projects, or training is required.
- Valuable working knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Strong understanding of core database concepts, data structures, and SQL fundamentals.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai.
