Role Description The Equity Dealer is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi, responsible for executing equity trades on behalf of clients and managing day-to-day dealing activities. The role involves placing buy and sell orders in line with client instructions, monitoring market movements, and updating clients on relevant opportunities and risks.

The Equity

Dealer will coordinate with relationship managers and the research team to implement investment strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, and maintain accurate trade records.



Daily tasks include handling client queries related to equities and trading platforms, supporting account opening and KYC processes when required, and contributing to client portfolio reviews. The role requires consistent interaction with clients and market participants to deliver timely and efficient trade execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of the Stock Market and practical exposure to Trading activities.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Equities and equity-based Investment products.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance and Investments, including risk and return concepts.
- Relevant experience as an Equity Dealer or in a broking, wealth management, or investment advisory setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced market environment.
- Good communication and client-handling skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach.
- Comfort with trading platforms and basic MS Office tools; ability to learn new financial technologies quickly.
- Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; NISM certification or equivalent regulatory qualification is an advantage.
